Get quotes and proposals from approved contractors

These tools are provided by Local Government Procurement (LGP) for use by all NSW councils and eligible customers including Not for Profit organisations, State Government, Agencies, State Owned Corporations and other bodies. Staff can use these tools to get proposals and quotes from LGP Approved Contractors. On request, councils can get additional functionality, allowing them to manage their own Local Panels and view staff activity.

For councils:

Council only needs to obtain quotes as Local Government Procurement (LGP) has been prescribed under s55 of the Local Government Act 1993 (NSW), allowing councils to utilise supply arrangements coordinated by LGP without the need to go to tender in their own right.

‘Prescribed’ means LGP is named in the Local Government (General) Regulation 2005 (NSW) and as such councils do not need to go to tender.
