Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that hold the appropriate QBCC builders licence to undertake the scope of works. To be eligible, Contractors must hold: Current QBCC licence class (Builder - open), public liability insurance, professional indemnity insurance to minimum $1,000,000.00, Work Cover Insurance.
