Isaac Regional Council was formed on Saturday 15 March 2008 through the amalgamation of three former shires: Belyando, Broadsound and Nebo. Council’s role is to provide facilities throughout the region in an effective and efficient manner and encourage strategic and sustainable development of the area for the benefit of all citizens.

An invitation is extended to you to submit a written tender for the following:

Isaac Regional Council (Council) is seeking a new pool plant room at Greg Cruickshank Aquatic Centre Moranbah. The project scope involves dismantling the existing plant room structure and all associated electrical and plumbing services integrated into its framework. These services will be temporarily rerouted to maintain filtration for the 25m pool, 50m pool, and water park. After this, the current shed structure will be removed and disposed of. A new plant room structure will then be installed, and all services will be reinstated.

Tenders must be in accordance with the attached Specification and Criteria. Please ensure your written tender is lodged prior to the Closing Time, being 2pm Friday, 31 January 2025 AEST.

All specification, general enquiries and written tenders must be submitted via VendorPanel only. Please do not send tender directly to Project Managers, Project team members or other Council staff. All phone enquiry details will be forwarded to the Contracts & Procurement team as a matter of record.

Sorry for any confusion regarding the Mandatory Site meeting. The Project Manager is available on the 20th of January 2025 for a 11am mandatory site meeting. If you are unable to attend on that date, we can meet on site at an agreed date and time.

Just a reminder that the mandatory site meeting will be held on Monday 20 January 2025 at 11am at the Moranbah Pool.

The Project Manager has advised that they are unavailable for mandatory site meetings next week, 27/01 to 31/01. Please put in any requests for a site meeting as soon as possible for this week only (Wednesday 22/01 to Friday 24/01/25).

The Project Manager will be available for a site visit at Moranbah Pool on Friday 24 January at 9.30am.
