Question:
1. I am seeking clarification regarding the page limit specified for the Response Forms in Section 6 of the Invitation to Offer. The instructions state that responses are limited to a maximum of two (2) pages per Response Form. However, we note that Response Form 6.1 is six (6) pages in its current format.

Could you please confirm if the two-page limit applies to all Response Forms, including Response Form 6.1, or if it applies only to Response Form 6.2 and subsequent forms that require narrative responses?

2. Could you please confirm if this two-page limit also applies to the CVs of all proposed personnel?

3. Could you please confirm if we are required to submit the Response Forms using the exact Word template provided by QTMP, or if it is acceptable to use our own branded template while ensuring the content, structure, and numbering remain consistent with the provided forms?

4. Given that 27 January 2025 is a public holiday, would it be possible to extend the submission deadline beyond 28 January 2025 to ensure the highest quality and completeness of our response?

Thank you

Answered on 22/Jan/2025 08:41 AM:

Morning

1. The two page limit refers to each criteria question the responses are to be limited to 2 pages per response.

2. The CV can be a maximum of 5 pages.

3. You are able to submit your proposal in what format works for you but please ensure the Response form is still completed (as best as can be) and certain sections can state 'please refer to'.

4. Unfortunately, at this stage there is no extension offered for this contract.

Question:
Subject: Clarification on Work Arrangements for Interim Role

Dear Alex,

We are preparing our response to the Invitation to Offer (CN-24232) and seek clarification on the work arrangements for the Interim Commercial and Contracts Lead/Special Projects Advisor role. Specifically:

Is this role required to be performed full-time onsite at the Department's office?

Alternatively, can any aspects of this role, where feasible, be completed remotely? We believe most of this can be done remotely, with the full support of our office and available resources.

Your guidance on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Answered on 22/Jan/2025 08:45 AM:

Afternoon,

Unfortunately, at this stage the approved resource will be required full-time onsite at the Department's office.

Once on-boarded for a period of time there may be the possibility of the flexibility to work the occasional days from home.

Thanks

Nicole

Question:
The Invitation to Offer documentation primarily refers to "a resource" for the role. Could you please confirm if it is permissible to nominate multiple or alternate resources to fulfil the requirements of the role?

If this is allowable, could you also clarify any specific requirements or restrictions regarding the format, page limits, or supporting documentation for such nominations?

Answered on 22/Jan/2025 08:52 AM:

Morning,

At this stage we a looking for one (1) resource to work full-time in our Brisbane office. You are welcome to nominate multiple available resources you may have but we only require one.

Thanks

Question:
Dear Alex Leggett,

I am seeking clarification regarding the mandatory requirement for a bachelor’s degree, as outlined under the key personnel requirements for the Interim Commercial and Contracts Lead / Special Projects Advisor role in Invitation to Offer CN-24232.

Would the department consider applications from candidates who possess substantial relevant experience but do not hold a degree?

Your guidance on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Answered on 22/Jan/2025 04:00 PM:

Afternoon,

Thank you for your inquiry regarding the tender requirements. While a bachelor's degree is a mandatory requirement, we are open to considering candidates who possess substantial relevant experience. Please feel free to submit their details, and we will assess their qualifications based on their experience.

Thanks again

Nicole
