Monthly Attendance Data - Could the Council provide monthly attendance data, broken down by attendance categories (e.g., adult swim, child swim, etc.), for the past two financial years? This information is required to support and inform the proposed budget.
Visit and Season Pass Sales Data - Could the Council provide sales data for visit passes and season passes for the past two seasons?
Historical Performance Data - Could the Council provide any additional historical performance data, including financial performance, learn to swim enrolments etc, to further inform our tender submission?

Swim Program Cabarita: Addendum 1 indicates 315 students in 22/23 and 305 23/24. Can Council confirm if this is a 'peak' program number? And if so, can Council provide the an 'average' swim program enrolment number across Sep-Apr period for the purposes of budgeting?
