The City of Greater Bendigo is seeking the services of an experienced Contractor for the provision of Maintenance Services of Passenger & Goods Lifts.

The contract term is an initial 3 years with 2 x 2-year contract extensions available at the City's discretion.

Alternatively, would you please provide details of a site inspection where the incumbent service provider can provide access to prospective tenders to inspect and obtain this information.

Please refer to Addendum 1 that has been issued today, Thursday 09 Jan 2025.

In response to questions relating to site visits and the specific details of the lifts a short Tender Briefing followed by a site visit will now be held Wednesday 15 January 10:30am Galkangu – Bendigo GovHub, 189-229 Lyttleton Terrace, Bendigo VIC 3550.

The briefing and site visit is NOT MANDATORY. The site visit will be multi part, some sites will staff guided and other sites tenderers will be able to visit independently.

A listing of the passenger and goods lifts has also been released with Addendum 1.

Following the Tender Briefing and Site Visits that were held today Wednesday 15 January 2025:

Tenderers are advised that the baseline servicing frequency for pricing purposes of all assets would be a minimum of twice annually (every 6 months)
