Question
:
Good afternoon,
Can you please clarify the Areas of Law in Part A?
Item 2 states at point 4, Planning and Environment. However further into the document item 4 is Property and Environment.
Many thanks.
Answered on 14/Jan/2025 09:18 AM
:
Hello, thank you for your question.
The areas of law are:
1. Workplace, Industrial Relations and Compensation
2. Public Law
3. Corporate and Commercial
4. Property and Environment
5. Conveyancing and Leasing
Property and environment will cover planning law.
Part A - Scope of Works and Specification, Section 2, first paragraph, point 4 at the top of page 3 should read "Property and Environment" instead of "Planning and Environment".
Thank you

Dear Tenderers,
Please note answers to the following questions were submitted to the Contact Person directly:
1. Question: With respect to Part C, Schedule 17 (Proposed Personnel), can Council please confirm if CVs for Partners through to Senior Associates would be sufficient to provide and whether there are any parameters on the length of the CV?
Answer: Council does not provide a minimum or maximum length for CV's submitted. Tenderers should provide CV's of Personnel which are proposed to work on matters within the nominated areas of Law.
2. Question: Additionally, noting the form provided in Part C Schedule 15 (Experience and Capability), can Council confirm whether additional capability documents are required to support the response?
Answer: Tenderers should provide sufficient information to adequately demonstrate the Tenderers Experience and Capability. Information must be provided on the minimum nominated number of engagements and how these compare to Council's requirements. Additional information may be provided at the Tenderer's discretion.
We appreciate your efforts and look forward to receiving your responses.
