What would be the scope of Works for Sports Field Lighting of New or Existing sites - There will be a mixture of new and existing sites.

Would Lighting poles for Sports Grounds be required? There will be a mixture of the contractor will supply the poles and the City will supply the poles.

Can you please confirm if electrical compliance testing, namely RCD testing and testing and tagging, is this included in the electrical associated works

This is not the main function of the panel. The main function will be looking at large new and renewal Works for the proposed categories listed under Part B: Information Request - Background.

Compliance testing may be a small scope in a design and construct project.

It will also be a requirement to test at the completion of Works.
